Course Fees Refund Policy

Pranavananda Institute of Management & Technology

The refund of fees is governed by applicable regulatory guidelines, including principles aligned with the affiliating/collaborative partner bodies, wherever applicable.

1. Admission & Registration Fees

• Admission, registration, and prospectus fees are non-refundable

2. Cancellation Before Course Commencement

• If a student withdraws admission before the commencement of classes:
• Fees will be refunded after deduction of applicable processing charges (20% of total course fees).
• Registration fee (100%).

3. Cancellation After Course Commencement

• Within 7 days of course start: Up to 50% refund of the paid amount (excluding registration fee).
• After 7 days: No refund will be provided.

4. Course Cancellation by Institute

• If the institute cancels a course, full refund of fees will be provided.
• Refund will be processed within 15–30 working days.

5. Fee Transfer / Adjustment

• Students may request transfer or adjustment of fees to another course.
• Approval is subject to management discretion and seat availability.

6. Refund Request Procedure

• Submit a written application.
• Provide fee receipt and valid reason for withdrawal.
• Submit bank details for refund processing.

7. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.

8. Non-Refundable Cases

• Non-attendance after enrolment.
• Violation of institute rules.
• Expulsion due to misconduct.

This policy is subject to change as per notifications issued by affiliating/collaborative partner bodies time-to-time. In case of any conflict, statutory guidelines shall prevail.
